Don’t go halfway on customer experience
The folks from eTix and Black Bear Casino let me know that they’re “excited to welcome [me] to Black Bear Casino Resort [tonight] to see Dwight Yoakam! To help make [my] visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are a few helpful reminders:”
Great, but when I click that link to find the best entrance, I get this:
I’ll be in Section F, so what this tells me is that I should use that Side Entrance by the bathrooms. Thinking like a UX designer would make them to name those four entrances something like “1, 2, 3, and 4,” put some signs by the entrances, and label the graphic to match.
Always put yourself in the shoes of your customers, website visitors, venue visitors, etc. It will improve your website and your brand experience.
Well, Black Bear, I’m excited to see ol’ Dwight tonight too.
